Junior Boxing Academy

We are now running a Junior Boxing Academy on a Monday, Wednesday & a Friday.


These sessions are designed to improve technique and fitness, using a variety of methods including boxing pad work, bag work and various technique drills, you are guaranteed a good enjoyable work out.


Mixed Martial Arts is a combination of stand up striking, takedowns , wrestling and submissions as seen on the popular UFC. This is great for street self defence and is currently the fastest growing sport.



Kick Boxing

Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.
